The Consumer Auto Credit Card Association (CACBA) is pleased to announce that it has added the new Consumer Direct Mortgage Plan, which includes a new fee schedule.
The new fee will be added to all Consumer Direct and Direct Loan cards, with the new fee scheduled to apply from January 1, 2019.CACba also has announced a new set of terms and requirements for consumer mortgages, including the new terms of $2,000 and $5,000 home loans.
The Consumer Direct Loan will also see a new $2.25 monthly payment cap, with no more than five payments in any 12-month period.
The new fee schedules, as well as a new Consumer Credit Score, will apply to all new Consumer Automobile and Consumer Direct mortgages starting January 1st, 2019 for new accounts with a new monthly payment limit of $5.00 or less.
All consumer auto loans will also be eligible for a new rate cap of $300 for new account holders.
The Consumer Direct loan will also receive a new home loan guarantee, with a maximum guarantee amount of $500,000 for new auto and consumer loans.
The revised consumer auto credit card terms and terms will also apply to consumer loans for new consumer accounts with the same monthly payment limits and new rates.
The revised consumer loans will not be eligible to apply the new rates or fee schedules.
The consumer auto lending program was introduced in late 2016 and offers consumers the option to set up auto financing with a consumer credit card.
The program offers the same rate structure and fee structure as other consumer loans, but the terms and fees are higher.
The proposed consumer auto loan program will require consumers to have a credit score that is less than 660.
This new fee is designed to help consumers and lenders manage their auto loans better.
The fee will also require a minimum balance of $25,000 in the first year.
